Combination of mindful walking, eating and sitting practices, backed up by findings about human brain. The program is suitable both for complete beginners and advanced meditators. It will be tailored to your needs. The program can be led entirely outside, inside, or a combination of both. The price includes: the mindfulness guide for approx. 7 hours (for 1- 4 people). Extra costs: meals, transportation and space rent for the inside option (usually about 20-30 €/hour based on the time-span and location).
